We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after any change constitutes acceptance.
3. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only โ colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration and photography conditions.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate. If we discover an error after you have placed an order, we will notify you and give you the choice to continue with the corrected order or cancel for a full refund.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout and are not included in the product price.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.
5. Orders & Contract Formation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. A legally binding contract is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to decline any order, including (but not limited to) situations where:
- A product is out of stock
- We suspect fraudulent activity
- A pricing error has occurred
- We are unable to verify payment
If we decline an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund within 5โ10 business days.
6. Payment
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details.
Payment is taken at the time of order. If payment fails, your order will not be confirmed.
7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control. Full delivery details are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title to the goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.
8. Returns & Refunds
Our full returns and refund process is set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
In summary: you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in original unused condition.
9. Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without giving any reason. To cancel, contact us at info@gardenhomespace.com.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the goods before your refund is issued.
10. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@gardenhomespace.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
