This policy applies to all purchases made on gardenhomespace.com, operated by M COLLECTIVE LTD (Company No. 17231398). Your statutory rights under UK law are not affected by this policy.
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Statutory)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

After notifying us, you must return the item(s) within a further 14 days. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
2. Our Extended Returns Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an extended 30-day returns window from the date of delivery.
Eligibility conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Items must be in their original, unused condition
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) must be provided
Non-returnable items:
- Items that have been used, worn, or are not in original condition
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Personalised or custom-made items (unless faulty)
- Gift cards
3. How to Return an Item
- Contact us first: Email info@gardenhomespace.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
- Package your item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage in transit.
- Ship your return: Send the item to the address provided in our return instructions. We recommend using a tracked postal service — we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
- Confirmation: We will email you once we have received and inspected your return.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival, return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.
If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the cost of the return and arrange collection or provide a prepaid label.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will notify you of the outcome by email within 2 business days.
If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for faulty/incorrect items)
If your return is not approved (e.g. item shows signs of use), we will contact you and return the item to you at your cost.
6. Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as a return + new order. Please return your item following the process above, and place a new order for the item you wish to receive. If you'd like help with this, contact us at info@gardenhomespace.com.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your item is faulty or damaged:
- Within 30 days of delivery: You are entitled to a full refund.
- Within 6 months of delivery: We will offer a repair or replacement first. If this is not possible, you are entitled to a full or partial refund.
- After 6 months: You must demonstrate the fault existed at the time of purchase.
To report a faulty item, please email info@gardenhomespace.com with your order number and photos of the fault.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our approval email, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or card provider — processing times vary
