This policy applies to all orders placed on gardenhomespace.com, operated by M COLLECTIVE LTD (Company No. 17231398).

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number where available.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT may be processed the following business day.

2. UK Delivery

3. International Delivery

We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where the carrier provides this service). You can use this number on the carrier's website to follow your delivery.

5. Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • High demand periods (e.g. Christmas, bank holidays)
  • Carrier disruptions or postal strikes
  • Customs clearance for international orders
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch email (UK) or 20 business days (international), please contact us so we can investigate.

6. Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery (e.g. incorrect address, not collected from depot), we will contact you. Re-delivery charges may apply. If you do not respond within 14 days, we may refund the order minus the original shipping cost.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@gardenhomespace.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

If your parcel is declared lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
